SyrinTEC is a corona treatment device specially designed for PP and PE syringes, which can handle 360 ° of syringes. Before printing, SyrinTEC will process the entire outer surface of the syringe without any treatment on the inner surface (because the inner surface is treated, it will increase friction and make it difficult to push the piston).
Because the surface energy of polymer materials is generally low, it can not adhere well to inks, glues and coatings. In order to obtain the best adhesion, the surface energy of polymer materials must be higher than the surface energy of inks, glues, paints and other materials. After corona treatment, the surface energy of the product can be increased, so that it can better adhere to inks, glues and coatings.
